Newt Gingrich has officially suspended his campaign for president of the United States!
Newt Gingrich to drop out of race on Tuesday - POLITICO.com

Now Paul has his one-on-one with Romney. Let's see who the people really want. The next few primaries should tell. Funny how I think I already know what the answer will be...

Considering Romney took all five primaries yesterday with more than 50% of the vote each...

The Romney campaign will continue cheating but Ron Paul will win at the convention in Tampa.

I just re-read the article and realized today is Wednesday, not Tuesday...
Is Newt seriously waiting a week to suspend his campaign? I know he said last night he wasn't going to cancel campaign stops this week in NC... but candidates all say that. So you're telling me he's going to campaign for 7 more days, having already announced he was dropping out? What a funny guy, that Newt is...

It also says he is "very likely" to endorse Romney. I don't think there was ever a question of if he would endorse Romney, just a question of when

I thought Newt was gonna take it all the way to the convention? I guess he is just another GOP liar.

What a clown. He attacks Romney for almost a year, and then goes and endorses him.

That's the way it always works. Newt can use his delegates to land a plum job in a Romney administration, and there are always a lot of those jobs to go around. An Ambassadorship often does much more for a career than an elected office.
