New Web Video: "It Worked"

Mitt's new video (July 26)
A few nights ago at a fundraiser, President Obama proudly proclaimed that his economic plan had “worked.” Tell that to the millions of Americans now on food stamps.
Tell that to the millions of Americans struggling to make ends meet.
No Mr. President, it did not work
*************************
Mitt Romney has a plan. Let's get people off food stamps and back to work. He's going to make Americans make ends meet. The old lady in the video, who has to work a part time job now, well, under Mitt, this video implies: it's gonna be better.
How? Let's look deeper at that. Will she work less and make more? Or not at all? Where will this new infusion of capital come from? Won't be from food stamps, that's for sure. Mitt doesn't want you on food stamps. (As his campaign has said, "You did build that." You don't need government assistance.) So, obviously, it comes from working less hours and making more pay. Mitt is going to convince companies that hire old ladies part time to pay them more an hour, perhaps. But, does Mitt Romney has the ability to make companies pay old ladies more per hour? Or will she be able to quit. She sounds like she doesn't want to work that part time job.

Mitt is going to help her make ends meet, though. So, if she's not working and making more money and she's not getting more government benefits, how the hell does THAT work? Does anyone know his plan? How is he going to get more money to the old lady?

PS:
In 1988, the income of an average American taxpayer was $33,400, adjusted for inflation. Fast forward 20 years, and not much had changed: The average income was still just $33,000 in 2008, according to IRS data

You realize that if it's already adjusted for inflation it really shouldn't change much, right?

He's gonna make her state of life better. Without using goverment assistance. How's he gonna do it? She doesn't like working part time. His video implies he can do better for her. More pay for less hours? Or better pay for same hours? She doesn't like working part time. Rommney implies he can change this.

you know as well as I do, Romney is not saying nobody needs government assistance. He is talking about those who can work, those who are young, healthy and able, but have become totally dependent on the government. It is a trap that more and more are falling into. All the stats show this...

We really don't know what Mitt will do. It's a big mystery. He doesn't give concrete details about anything.

He'd probably tell the lady to go to her family or to her church.

You cant even go by his past history of what he did as Gov of MA. Because he is waffling on things he did there.

As MA Gov he:
-added gun control laws (but he says he is against this)
-created RomneyCare (but he says he is against ObamaCare which is a carbon copy of RomneyCare)
-raised fees which are really taxes (but he says he is against this)
-was pro-choice (but says he is against this)

We know he said he will reduce regulation and rules for businesses. But he has not said which rule he will get rid of. I wish he would give specifics. Is he going to get rid of emmissions rules for toxic smoke? Or remove safety standards that prevent workers from getting injured? Or get rid of government inspectors at food processing plants?

His full Name is: Willard Mitt Romney
Many of you, including me, may not have thought this was the best choice, but I found some of this information to be very enlightening.

His full Name is: Willard Mitt Romney

He was Born: March 12, 1947 and is 65 years old.

His Father: George W. Romney, former Governor of the State of Michigan

He was raised in Bloomfield Hills , Michigan

He is Married to Ann Romney since 1969; they five children.

Education: B.A. From Brigham Young University,

J.D. And M.B.A. From Harvard University

Religion: Mormon - The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints

Working Background:
After high school, he spent 30 months in France as a Mormon
Missionary.

After going to both Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School
Simultaneously, he passed the Michigan bar exam, but never worked as an
Attorney.

In 1984, he co-founded Bain Capital a private equity
Investment firm, one of the largest such firms in the United States .

In 1994, he ran for Senator of Massachusetts and lost to Ted
Kennedy.

He was President and CEO of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.

In 2002, he was elected Governor of the State of
Massachusetts where he eliminated a 1.5 billion deficit.

Some Interesting Facts about Romney:

Bain Capital, starting with one small office supply store
In Massachusetts, turned it into Staples; now over 2,000 stores
Employing 90,000 people.

Bain Capital also worked to perform the same kinds of
Business miracles again and again, with companies like Domino's, Sealy,
Brookstone, Weather Channel, Burger King, Warner Music Group, Dollarama,
Home Depot Supply, and many others.

He was an unpaid volunteer campaign worker for his dad's
Gubernatorial campaign 1 year.

He was an unpaid intern in his dad's governor's office for
Eight years.

He was an unpaid bishop and state president of his church
For ten years.

He was an unpaid President of the Salt Lake Olympic
Committee for three years.

He took no salary and was the unpaid Governor of
Massachusetts for four years.

He gave his entire inheritance from his father to charity.

Mitt Romney is one of the wealthiest self-made men in our
Country but has given more back to its citizens in terms of money,
Service and time than most men.

And in 2011 Mitt Romney gave over $4 million to charity,
Almost 19% of his income.... Just for comparison purposes, Obama gave
1% and Joe Biden gave $300 or .0013%.

Mitt Romney is Trustworthy:

He will show us his birth certificate

He will show us his high school and college transcripts.

He will show us his social security card.

He will show us his law degree.

He will show us his draft notice.

He will show us his medical records.

He will show us his income tax records.

He will show us he has nothing to hide.

Mitt Romney's background, experience and trustworthiness
Show him to be a great leader and an excellent citizen for President of
The United States.

You may think that Romney may not be the best representative the
Republicans could have selected. At least I know what religion he is, and
That he won't desecrate the flag, bow down to foreign powers, or practice
Fiscal irresponsibility. I know he has the ability to turn this financial
Debacle that the current regime has gotten us into. We won't like all the
Things necessary to recover from this debt, but someone with Romney's
Background can do it. But, on the minus side,
He never was a "Community Organizer", never took drugs or smoked pot,
Never got drunk, did not associate with communists or terrorists, nor did
He attend a church whose pastor called for God to damn the US.

Read about mitt romney below. Also romney is pro choice only when theirs a dire need to abort. Romney care is not a mirror to obamacare. *easily googled*
Also he made his fortune employing millions vs obama spent trillions unemploying millions. 23 million unemployed and he grants amnesty to illegals who will legally take more jobs.. they also get a drivers license which will entitle them to vote.. Obama has tripled bush's stats.. i'm a swing voting democrat who will take a chance on romney then another 4 years of obama.. I love my children and worry about their future. I can barely afford to pay bills/gas and food.. How are our children going to survive the economy and high costs in everything..
