Romney is still more experienced than obama is after almost four years bumbling through his presidency with more rounds of golf than any president ever played, more parties, more tax-payer funded campaigning. The guy has done little work but played at our expense plenty.

Exactly!!

Obama is totally inept. He has zero business experience and is a socialist. Romney is nothing like Obama.

Personally, I don't think Barack Obama enjoys being President. At this point in his failed Presidency, he's merely seeking to salvage what's left of his horrific legacy. He had no choice to run for re-election or forever be known as America's Worst Mistake™.

I've vever been an avid participator in the Bain threads. I just don't think Mitt was a very good governor.

In advancing in the public arena, how one fared at their last public job should be given much more scrutiny than private ventures.

I also don't think he's running a strong campaign. That tells me more than what he did or didn't do at Bain.

Prove he doesn't want to be asked Bain questions....just like the lies about his taxes....you can't.
Trust, but verify

That's why what he shows us about his past and experience is just as important as what he tells us. Answering questions isn't as important as showing documentation and proof. If you want him to replace Obama, that's fine, but how do you know that he's going to be any better? How do you know he won't be worse? He needs to show and prove that he can do something that Obama couldn't. Telling us that he can isn't enough.

But as long as you have a "D" next to his name you are not allowed to go back many years at all....
So you are saying Republicans don't care about their own candidates business background, you just take his word that he was good at what his did? Sounds a bit naive....which is probably why you have Romney instead of someone better qualified to be president.

It is good to see a thread full of Republican talking points and defense tactics.

Typical leftie talking in circles.

Obama has been in office and has a PROVEN record of failure! Anyone could do better. However, Romney has a proven record of success as a business man and as a governor. Obama was only a community organizer with very shady connections and we still do not know much about his past successes or failures because he has everything sealed. Obama has done nothing but "tell us" how great he is.....so in your words..."that isn't enough."

Did ya bother to read the article? Romney spells out exactly what he did and his numerous succeses. And you can be we are going to hear plenty more as his campaign picks up!

Lefties, get your damn heads out of the sand!

ACTUALLY, when you look at Romney's record as governor, it ain't so hot. MA was 47th in job creation by the time he left office. My point is that if you don't like Obama, that's fine, but what makes you think Romney can do better? We know his record as governor stinks. What about Bain? What about the rest? Oh wait--we aren't allowed to SEE those records...

As Massachusetts governor, Romney’s record on jobs was unremarkable - The Washington Post

Translation: typical leftie talking in circles = I don't have a reply that makes sense and I'm mad about it, so I'm going to call you names instead.

Another little tip--there are no sealed records. Take off the tinfoil and deal with reality--it's a nice place to live.
