Can't wait for the debate when Ryan makes Biden look like the tool he is.

Ryan knocked it out of the park. Even MSNBC Rachelle Maddow was speechless afterward and had to defer to Chris Mathews. Chris just fumbled his lame spin...yawn.

Oooo...he appeared "uncomfortable."
Can anyone comment on the content of his
speech, or are you just American Idol judges?

Surely you jest. Sara Palin's vice presidential speech at her convention was far more electrifying and inspiring.

Default Devastating? Hardly...

Pardon my skepticism, but the only difference between the Demopublicans and the Republicrats is which team gets their turn to gorge on America's carcass.
[] Both partisan parties won't address the State of Emergency in effect since 1933.
[] Both parties have no intention of rolling back the socialist entitlement "tax and bribe" system enacted in 1935.
[] Both parties are quite willing to pander to the recipient class at the expense of the donor class.

Unfortunately, the donor class is near exhaustion and when they fall, so does the nation. Right now, nearly 60% of Americans are wholly dependent upon government for salaries, pensions and / or entitlements. Nearly 100 million are accepting "benefits" (charity) from government. No one will vote against their own self-interest regardless of the consequences to the nation. That is why the current candidates for the presidency are practically identical in their pandering to the recipient class. Sad to say, but America is going DOWN, and soon.
I only hope that what arises from the ash heap does not become a totalitarian police state, using the illusion of collectivism to hide behind.

How true. Ryan sure helped Bush drive up government spending all the time. Now Republicans look up to in in awe as a sound fiscal conservative.

Sounds like the GOP has such a problem in their need to watch pornography that they need to institute new levels of censorship to curtail the issue..
What happened to separating church and state?,
freedom of speech?
Smaller government.
Why should my tax dollars go to censuring your need to watch porn.
Why has the GOP lost the ability to just not subscribe to pornography on their computers?

How do I know that Romney won't end up losing a big bunch of jobs in 2016 like Bush did in 2008. You need to understand that many of us aren't that ready to bring on another Republican in the White House in 2013 while bringing no assurance that Romney won't start a needless war, this time with Iran.

The plant in question closed in 2008 before Obama even took office and even before he was elected
