Democrats hope to make inroads in the senior vote by raising concerns about Mitt Romney running mate Paul Ryan’s Medicare reform proposal, but most seniors are more fearful of President Obama’s health care law than they are of Ryan’s plan.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that when it comes to the future of Medicare, 47% of Likely U.S. Voters are scared more of the health care law than of Ryan’s proposal. Forty-one percent (41%) are more scared of what Ryan has proposed. Twelve percent (12%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
Yeah, this doesn't say much other than it is roughly divided between those scared of one side or the other and 12% who haven't been paying attention to either.

Are you going to ignore the 41% that are more scared of the Ryan plan?

I think he is forecasting the future, the 6 point bump will be nothing after Obama gets his bump from the DNC.

Did the Psychic Hotline tell you that Obama will get a big bump or do you really live in the future?

Exclamation Ouch!

Mitt Romney's speech at the Republican National Convention in Tampa last week received a lower score than any presidential candidate's convention speech since the poll starting asking the question in 1996.

I know it sucks that your guy isn't preforming as good as you would of hoped, but you should of seen this coming, the entire primary was "anyone but Mitt" and in the end, Mitt outlasted that crop of losers and you are stuck in a boat without a motor.

But that's okay, maybe in four years the Republicans will find an actual moderate conservative that can win a general election.

This ^^^^^

For many independents, Romney is a terrible candidate. Sure, many of us are very unhappy with Obama and this should be an easy GOP win. But instead of giving us a great moderate conservative, Republicans have given us months of extreme right wing nut-jobs, a candidate that even they don't really like and one who will flip-flop tirelessly in the hope of picking up a vote or two.

This could be a great example of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

All the electoral maps have Obama with at least 30 point lead and they have been this way for 2 months now

Any you are ignoring the other have of the people scare of Ryan's plan...I can do this circle all day cause I know you won't get the point I am trying to make. Less than half isn't a good enough reason to throw out the Obamacare for Ryancare....but nice try....well sort of, you didn't really try that hard with this one as usual.
