Looks like there has been a ruling and the PA Voter ID will not be enforced for this Presidential Election and voter suppression will not be happening in this critical battleground state!

Pennsylvania Voter ID Law Ruling: Judge Halts Enforcement Of Law For Election

I'm sure the Righties will find another way to steal this election but it won't be in the battleground state of Pennsylvania.

Title changed, results still the same! It's great news for the voters in PA.

after whats happened this year, im convinced white activist conservatives are adamant on making it more difficult for non whites.

the idea that the GOP cares about voter integrity is laughable.

Judge says state can ask for photo ID but the voter isn't REQUIRED to show one.

May want to adjust the thread title from being "shot down" to either "suspended" or "won't go into effect this election"

Little misleading. Still, this was expected from the Judge's comments.

Simpson ordered the state not to enforce the photo ID requirement in this year's presidential election but will allow it to go into full effect next year.
