VOTERS
(V) factor is defined as
Victorious
Vitalize
Vision driven citizens who are
Voters
(O) factor is defined as
Ordinary folks who are
Offended at the amount of
Oaths being continually broken by politicians of the United States of America
Office holders
(T) factor is defined as
Tepid voters flipping a coin to determine the lesser of two evils
Tender in theirs ears because of a barrage of blatant brazen lies and liars
Terrified that theirs cantidates will not make it into high public office
Tensions
I don't like the way the city/county uses the voting records, going to have to sit this one out unfortunately. Besides, I am too poor to donate money to causes or candidates, and that's the only "vote" that counts.
x2. There is some emotion lost when voting by mail I think, but certainly no time lost.
Definitely. My wife is really regretting not going that route (I actually accidentally registered to vote by mail ) because her schedule is so hectic she is not sure she'll be able to make it to the poll place.
By state law, your workplace has to give you up to two hours off to vote if you need it. They don't have to pay you for the time, but they have to give it to you. If you need it, take it! Think about what you'll be voting for (a shortened list):
President
Senator
U.S. Representative
30--Tax increase for education
32--Union political rights
34--Abolishing the death penalty
36--Reforming Three Strikes
37--Labeling GMO Food
That's a pretty impressive list right there, and there's all the local stuff in your area. Get out and vote!
