Virginia governor poll: Hopefuls? approval down - Kevin Robillard - POLITICO.com

Bill Bolling is probably kicking himself right now. Definitely should've run as an independent.

I'm not a Republican, but I'm pulling for Ken by default. I moved out of NY to get away from people like Terry and he will run VA into the ground. Expect more people on welfare, more debt, more crime, and more poverty should Terry win.

VA is a great state and I really don't wish to see it turned into NY, NJ, or MD.

I know that you're joking about twenty-five years of good governors (wasn't Mr. Macaca governor during that period?), but I sympathize. I know plenty of Democrats who are forced to vote for Terry McAuliffe, not because they want to, but because Cuccinelli is such a vicious, abhorrent candidate. Even Republicans are coming out against him.

As a Virginia Republican can you explain why Ken Cuccinelli who was born and grew up in New Jersey, went to High School at a private School in the District of Columbia because he lived in NoVa with his parents (that suspect part of Virginia north of the Rappahanock) and then made his political career in NoVa can pass himself off as a son of old Virginia?

Really? The guy who made it cool for billionaires to be a part of the Democratic Party is going to run a left-wing governorship?

Terry McCauliffe will win because of Northern Virginia (a.k.a., the best part of Virginia).
