If there were no min wages, salaries would be based on what a person is willing to take and what a company is willing to pay. It can be a positive as well as a negative. Min wage is here to stay and no one is going to repeal it. Most people who think things out and do not vote based on emotion only know this.
That assumes a Just World view, which is quite a stretch given what we know about human nature. Our country previously had no minimum wage and there were good reasons why we decided to implement one.

I totally understand that, the same as I understand there was a need for unions 100 years ago, but things change, needs change and we are living in a different world. I still feel supply and demand would possibly result in higher wages in some cases.
Now Walker is whining about not having enough money to run on.

Republican Gov. Scott Walker is making excuses for his potential defeat in Wisconsin before the votes are even counted. Walker is falsely claiming that he is being outspent by Democrats.
It's do or die for Walker if he still has any Presidential hopes left.
He has to win this one to be a legitimate contender in 2016, and it's looking like this election is going to be a lot closer than the failed Walker recall of 3 years ago. As of today, he only holds a 2.2 lead- not much for an incumbent!
