The media keeps saying that if Obama had been more involved in Campaigns this blowout might not have happened.

They just keep making excuses and ignore the truth.

Imagine how big the GOP wave would have been if the media hadn't been shilling for Obama and the Democrats 24/7.

I find it amusing how partisan the koolaid drinkers are always claiming (R's) are the obstructionists but completely ignore how Sen Reid (D) has blocked hundreds of bills from ever reaching the presidents desk. To me it is more obstructionist to prevent bills from getting to the POTUS for his signature or veto, vs. (R's) who have genuine disagreements with Obama's liberal policies for the country.

I recall the week following election 2012, lefty trolls were busily digging up one after another optimistic prediction threads from Romney supporters, bumping the thread titles to the top.

I thought for a split second about pulling the same stunt here on Nov 5, 2014, but.....nah. Let's leave such churlish, childishness on the left where it belongs. Doing it for a single solitary thread seems appropriate, however.

Reid refused to even pass a budget. That had never happened before in the country's history. Last year was his first. He couldn't even pass a budget the first year with a 60 seat majority in the senate. And somehow these people say the Republicans can't agree among themselves?

And they ignore that MAY did NOT want Obama with them in their state.

Our friendly left wing moonbats still do that to this day. Err, at least they did it up until yesterday.

True, I remember they did it with abandon in Nov 2012, and not just for a day or two. It was at least a month before they stopped bumping Romney threads. I won't use the word to describe the behavior, but let's just say that they could do an ad campaign for Summer's Eve Fresh Scent.

"5 Reasons the Republican Tidal Wave Could Melt Away "

It doesn't look like the repubs are "melting away" after the thrashing the took yesterday.

Bill Clinton's state

"LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — While a student at the University of Arkansas in 1985, Sen. Mark Pryor (D) wrote his college thesis on the state of Arkansas’ two-party system. “The state’s Republicans have traditionally failed to produce politicians that Arkansas would elect,” he wrote. “The Democratic party, as a result, has thrived on a sort of perpetual motion.”
That perpetual motion came to an end Tuesday night. Voters chose Republican Tom Cotton over Pryor, and for the first time in 141 years, there will be no Democrats in Arkansas’ congressional delegation. Republicans also won the gubernatorial race and every other statewide race."

Republicans now have every congressional seat for Arkansas for the first time in 141 years - The Washington Post

^^^^^^EXACTLY! Their sweep has just guaranteed a Democratic for our next President 2016! After another 2 years of the Republican partisan politics,GRIDLOCK,and inaction from "the party with no plan", the people will be sick to death of the GOP and toss 'em again!
