This will probably help Clinton more than Obama. Richardson was an establishment candidate much like she is. He didn't get that many votes though. Too bad because he was probably the most qualified of all of them as far as a resume goes. If Obama wins, look for him to consider Richardson as a VP running mate.

he has an incredibul amount of experience both as govenor and as a member of the cabinet. He's actually got alot of international experience.

Richardson would be a great VP. Wealth of experience. Biden would be good too.

Secretary of State. His work with the North Koreans is often overlooked and passed on to Bush. Richardson is the reason they are dismantling the reactors.

I think he would be firm, but fair.

I don't see what Richardson brings to their ticket. He would become a magnet for the illegal alien issue, and make it more difficult for the Democrats to mute that topic.

Favoring comprehensive immigration reform is a position favored by the majority of Americans. I think if anything that would play into the Democrats favor in the general elections. Him being Hispanic could help with the Hispanic swing voters as well. His foreign policy experience is unmatched by any other candidate on either side, and he has done excellent work as governor of New Mexico.
