Bernie just wants to make sure he keeps flatlanders out of VT unless they have are dripping cash. No one else welcome, native born VTrs are tolerated.

Bernie is a product of Brooklyn NY, an interloper in VT.

Think of the ethics this man has set aside to waste tons of money on a symbolic prez campaign.

LOL..this thread is about Bernie, not Barry.

And it would be Hillary going after your 401K while Christie is going after your SS.

Christie had stated as much. Hillary has remained "mum" on the upcoming "retirement crisis" but she has Teresa Ghilarducci as a consultant. Remember her ?

He seem to want to turn middle class into dependent class like lower classes; that is what I want. He naturally see the elite leadership and then everyone else by his socialist views.

Bernie...Barry..not much difference. Easy to get them confused. Gotta give Bernie credit for being upfront.

Bernie wants to go after it indirectly. Whenever you here people attacking the 1% us middle class people with 401Ks better be on our toes. Born in 1958 I think I am gonna be exempt from any SS or healthcare cuts.

Of course, the only cuts being talked about are things that currently ain't funded.

My retirement planning is based on ss being gone for anyone with a retirement plan, so I'll take Christi over Hillary every day of the week.

A tax system based on "ability to pay" ?
Which totally goes against what a single payer health care system is about.
Expand the welfare programs ? Who will pay if the tax system is based on "ability to pay" ?

-a progressive tax system in this country which is based on ability to pay.
-millions of seniors live in poverty and we have the highest rate of childhood poverty of any major country. We must strengthen the social safety net, not weaken it.
-health care is a right, not a privilege. Clearly, we must move toward a single-payer system.
-The current federal minimum wage of $7.25 an hour is a starvation wage
-Union workers who are able to collectively bargain for higher wages and benefits earn substantially more than non-union workers
-establishing worker-owned cooperatives (government subsidized)
That is a pretty low bar to be classified as a socialist...I guess anything that isn't a "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" analogy is socialism.

Bernie himself identifies as a socialist, a democratic socialist.

I never said Sanders wasn't a democratic socialist, I am saying that list you gave to classify him as a socialist was a low bar list, big difference.

I didn't mean you were lying about him being a Democratic Socialist I meant you were lying about the rest.

Pretty much...they claim to be for what the founding fathers were for but as a COLLECTIVE the founding fathers founded this nation....they must think everyone helped themselves when in fact neighbors helped one another otherwise known today as socialism.

As do I and millions of others. In 4 days he brought in 4.5 million wasn't it? 99.6% was 250$ or LESS per donor....impressive if you ask me. 2016 will be the year of the working class!
