I barely watch or listen to talk shows, other than listening to the remorselessly moderate Medved for 45 minutes on the way home from work. I don't watch Fox News, and I have probably heard less than an hour of Rush Limbaugh, Shawn Hannity, etc. over the past year. I find the talking heads to be a waste of time. One guy has an idea, and the others all repeat it endlessly. They say the same things, over and over. Hence I prefer reading.

Sad that people feel a need to concoct imaginary stuff and attribute it to others whom they don't know, have never met, and haven't the slightest clue of what they believe and how they act.

Democrats, especially in these times, do you really want a conservative Supreme Court?
Well vote for a Republican and that's what you're going to get. Big business will have won along with the top 1%. Remember you are basically voting for a platform. Read the republican platform. Do we want to see an end to social security and Medicare? Do you want restrictions on pollution? Want clean air and water? Want more Wars? Want an end to the minimum wage? You have a lot on the line this election. THINK!

do you really think most Americans even know what the phrase "Republican or Dem platform" is? Of course they don't nor do they care. How a handful of people feel about what is best for the country, doesn't really represent the party or the people. The platforms are not drawn up by the people.

Not if they have the "right" candidate to vote against. The blue collar white Democrat voted against Romney.

Jeb is correct in stating the next POTUS will pass Immigration Reform . I am sure Hillary will get many things passed.

So is that why there are more elected Republicans in the USA than at any time since 1928 and Republicans control the House, Senate, most Governors and most state legislatures?

Immigration reform won't be passed by anyone because the corporate benefits of the status quo are too immense.

What are you talking about? The GOP isn't anti-"immigration" they are anti-illegal immigration which we all should be. If having at least 12 million illegal aliens in this country most of which are Latinos isn't an invasion then I don't know what is! Why would the Latino citizen community have an adversion to our immigration laws which are in place to not only protect them but the rest of our citizenry?

It's not about people reading the actual text of a platform, it's about what a party stands for and against. And what the GOP stands for is not welcoming to minorities. They don't need to read the platform to know that, they simply need to listen to the party's candidates and that stance comes through loud and clear.

Sheeeeeeeeit, all Hispanics have to do is look around at all of the third world slums Democrats have created for their "welcomed" minorities.
