decent/proper care for our vets is a topic that is ( nearly ) universally supported. "the daily show" has been pointing out incompetence and monumental inefficiency in the VA medical system for years. it's not enough for trump to simply bring the subject up, he needs to present some kind of comprehensive solution.

Trump speaks the TRUTH and not scripted responses written by speech writers. Jeb Bush on the other hand is like zombie, too afraid to say what's on his mind, tries too hard to be politically correct. All Trump is saying is, McClain never did nothing heroic to be called a hero.

Trump speaks the nonsense that bounces around in his head and surrounds himself with yes men so he doesn't have to bring aware of any bad ideas. Trump only cares about Trump, if he could he would sell half the US to China and name the other half Trump United States.

That is all he needs to say.

Bob.
A d then the others state how he has supported many democrats over the years including the Clintons and Obama. Thinks oprah will make a good veep... that should score Trump a lot points within the GOP.
Prohomo, pro choice.... most of Trumps positions are very broad and very shallow.

That is why our roads are crumbling, our students have to borrow thousands from the bankers to attend college, and our veterans have to wait for appointments. If Trump is truly going to fix this, that and everything else, it means BIG government, and BIG new taxes to pay for it or BIGGER deficits to cover the borrowing.
Yep. Trump talks and talks and talks about how great he's going to be, and how he's going to fix absolutely everything wrong with this country, but he never says HOW he's going to accomplish all of these great things. Basically, he's just a lot of talk. But his fans don't seem to notice or to care.

Excuse me, but this meme that Trump fanboys are spreading--that Trump speaks the truth--is a total lie, as are many things Trump says. He has always lied even when it can be proved he is lying--about his tv ratings, about his wealth, about his popularity.

He said McCain has done nothing for veterans, among his many other lies. Wrong!!!

Some of these Trump love posts are so dishonest that one might think Trump is paying people to post this stuff. They are taking his deceptive statements and presenting that as truth. How about Trump and his followers start backing up what they are saying with facts? Is a fact even in Trump's lexicon?

“Senator McCain has been a leader in fighting to give veterans more health care choices and to hold the VA accountable for its failures,” Hegseth said. “Finally, this incident should clarify for veterans which leaders really understand the issues they face and the sacrifices they made as part of their military service. Unfortunately, it appears that Donald Trump is not one of them.”
