Attitudes like yours are exactly why we need education fully funded by the government.
Low income + loans+interest = failure.

There are no such thing as tax loopholes. They are tax policies. Politicians call them loopholes because they are afraid to call them what they are. Cut outs they have created for a preferred group.

I personally wouldn't mind paying my own tuition, as long as it were affordable, no more than $100 per class. And even than for some people that still would be to much.
The $800 people pay for a semester worth of books needs to end yesterday. A kindle and a small fee to access a website where there book is located is all that is needed. When the info becomes out of date, the $150 book doesn't become obsolete, someone just takes 5 minutes and updates the info.

Now this I agree with. People should still be paid for legitimate contribution. Compiling a textbook is productive work. Writing a contract and taking 10% of your future earnings for 15 years is not.

You're just mad because we won't allow you parasites to legislate yourselves a cut. The savings which pay for it come out of your profits, and you may actually be forced to become productive, instead of living high upon "other people's money"!

Maleman, don't get me wrong, I'm not attacking Sanders. I've watched a lot of videos of Bernie Sanders and while I don't agree with everything, there is a lot I disagree, he is becoming more appealing to me. I think it's best to heavily criticize people you are considering. It seems like you know a lot about Sanders, can you answer my question here, nobody has replied yet...

From what I found, it seems like he is for background checks, but is actually right of most Democrats when it comes to the second amendment.

His position on gun control unfortunately will lose him some support on the left.

That actually makes him more attractive to me and I think would help him on the national scene. One of the things I hate most about living in San Francisco is how strict the gun laws are, yet criminals are running free with them. I'm actually starting to come around to Sanders, I'm excited to see him debate Clinton.
