And I quit framing houses in 1988, because i was asked to train a crew of illegal aliens that just got their call from their 1986 green carded amnesty uncle, that was the builders "wet" that he registered and got amnesty for.
It got worse and worse as time has passed, chasing me out of every trade I use to love doing. Just the money wasn't there anymore. It all became a commodity, instead of craftsmanship and pride.
