NRSC Memo: Trump Is a 'Misguided Missile' - Bloomberg Politics

“Donald Trump has said some wacky things about women.”
Ward Baker, executive director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee

Concern over losing three straight Presidential election? Ouch, that'll leave a mark.

Donald Trump is the pink rug you wish you hadn't bought.

http://www.nytimes.com/2015/12/04/op...-win.html?_r=0

"A little while ago I went rug shopping. Four rugs were laid out on the floor and among them was one with a pink motif that was dazzlingly beautiful. It was complex and sophisticated. If you had asked me at that moment which rug I wanted, I would have said the pink one.

This conviction lasted about five minutes. But then my mentality flipped and I started asking some questions. Would the furniture go with this rug? Would this rug clash with the wall hangings? Would I get tired of its electric vibrancy?

Suddenly a subtler and more prosaic blue rug grabbed center stage. The rugs had not changed, but suddenly I wanted the blue rug. The pink rug had done an excellent job of being eye-popping on its own. The blue rug was doing an excellent job of being a rug I could enjoy living with.

For many Republicans, Donald Trump is their pink rug...."

I got bored listening to the reporters. The main one needed a shave and his hair wasn't very clean - sorry, but when I get bored........

He seemed to ramble on. We all know this is just "play" that is being financed by Bush's people in hopes something will catch hold. I mean, look at all the nit picking crap that has been in the news about Trump. It has all been a major FAIL.

It is good to see the liberals squirm though. It is like a card game and you know that whatever you have, it is better than your opponent. Maybe with the way Dems are turning away from Hillary, the GOP feels like they could run a old dog and win.

So, I guess this is the "Trump's finished" thread for today. Guess that means I can move on to greener pastures for the evening. I always like to get a good laugh from what the topic of Trump's demise was for the day. Makes me sleep better!

Did you even read it? The memo says the GOP Senate is willing to work with Trump. Ouch indeed. LOL

I think the only people getting freaked out over Trump are the bucs and his fellow travelers. It's hilarious to see what they'll post each day. Pure comedy gold.

Why would the GOP not hitch itself to a winner and ride his coattails? These parties are always in flux. Maybe theyll just smarten up and adjust their positions to fall in line with the people.

Another day, another story about the GOP losing sleep over Trump! I love it. The so-called political "experts," pundits, politicians, and politicos of the GOP establishment can sit and stew all they want. It's only fair; their grass roots have been doing that for the past 8+ years. I don't understand what they're mad about exactly- when was the last time ANY Republican candidate has sold out to packed crowds every night and appealed to Democrats too?

Trump will bring down two political "dynasties"...
  • Bush - Mission Completed
  • Clinton - In Progress, ETA 11.08.16
Majority of America - Thank You Trump
