Does it bother any of Mr. Trump's supporters that he signed an unqualified pledge to not run third party, but is openly threatening to break it? Sure, it is not legally binding but it certainly creates a moral obligation for most normal people.
Maybe he would be willing to break his campaign promises too if he is elected. Clearly, his word doesn't mean much.

What was the RNC's part of the pledge? What if they are the first to break their end? Would, by your logic create a moral obligation NOT to vote R?
Trump will be kicked out of the Republican Party any day now. Trust me.
Something tells me that move will strengthen Tumps following even more. I am starting to think he could win as an independent. A lot of people are fed up with both the Republican party and the Democrat party.

That is what I'm hearing locally too. He could pull it off. If the GOP is seen as hijacking the process or dirty dealing it will up the chances.
