Shes the default vote for everything. Thats why her poll numbers start high then fade when people start to scrutinize.

They asked 800 people the woman they admired most. 13 out of 800 said Hillary. LOL. From that we get Clinton Most Admired. hahahaha BTW, it's going down. A couple of years ago a whopping 20 said Hillary.

There is a reason that gallop isn't considered a serious pollster anymore.

I bet most people in that poll couldn't think of anyone else that is female and constantly in the news.

Looking at OP's link, the sample size is 824 people. 13% of 824 people is 107 people. 13 out of 800 would be only 1.62%, incidentally. Facepalm.

A lot of people would like to pull off what she and her husband have without getting into serious trouble. And, lying the way she does and getting away with would be the dream of many that don't want to take personal responsibility for their actions and that lack integrity. I am sure she has a "following". Gee, even Satan has followers.

Being will known helps. Look at the men's listing; 1. Obama, 2. Donald Trump
