Absolutely. 74 today is not the 74 of 30 years ago. As long as one stays healthy and active - age 74 should NOT prevent someone for running for President. 84 would be pushing it IMO.

Mental status still can occur and might be out of his control even if his BP, and cholesterol is in check. Not a chance I'm willing to take.

Besides, his social spending and expanding yet another entitlement program (free college) for young folks who haven't put a dime into the tax revenue program serve no purpose to our country.

Free college: epitome of an entitlement program.
