When Trump started building all those things in Manhattan, he was able to do it due to his father's connections especially with governor Cuomo at the time who gave the Trump's special privileges that no other builders in NYC got at the time...Trump is a case study in what happens when a person with ambition is born into privilege. No major US company has filed for Chapter 11 more than Trump’s casino empire in the last 30 years.
