Trump's non-profit foundation gave $25,000 to Bondi. Bondi drops Florida from the Trump University lawsuit. Quack, quack, quack....
sounds like smart business.

If ONE is guilty of such a transaction the OTHER is TOO because by definition bribery involves TWO people. So apparently you don't really CARE about crooked government - which is exactly as I thought. Trump has ADMITTED to "paying to play" - he ADMITTED it.

the person accepting the bribe is the one engaging in bribery. The person doing the accepting can just say no, its not like the person giving the money is forcing them to take it.

the person giving the money is just engaging in smart business, its a business we all do, we all have slipped matire d's a 20 for a nice table at a packed restaurant, we all have done this or something similar.

Yeah, he was extorted, so he used the foundation to give the donation so that the government could find out and absolve him of guilt? That must be why the trump foundation had to pay a fine, in addition to the alleged $25K extortion. That's almost as good as trump paying $300,000 to settle a $34,000 bill from a subcontractor.

Ummm... because the ends don't justify the means? Because it is illegal to bribe people? Because we are supposed to be trying to make government better than that?

Someone working in a restaurant is NOT a PUBLIC OFFICIAL and it's NOT ILLEGAL for him to take a tip.

I repeat - BY DEFINITION - a bribe involves TWO people and BOTH are guilty.
Get a clue.
