I know that the battle lines have been drawn, and that pretty much all of us here know who we are going to vote for no matter what, I thought it would be interesting to post 1 positive and 1 negative thing for each of the 3 candidates. I will go first:
TRUMP
positive: Genuinely seems to care for America
Negative: Often needs to tone down the vitriolic attacks
HILLARY
Positive: Lifetime of public service
Negative: Seems to always put her own interests first
BERNIE
Positive: Knows how to talk to people/genuine
Negative: The whole socialist thing
TRUMP
Positive: not Bush or Clinton; talks tough on territorial integrity and legality (Yes, I know that's two).
Negative: a crude and crass shot in the dark.
CLINTON
Positive: actual policy outcomes probably not directly harmful in the short term to anyone, including anyone with money.
Negative: disgusting dynasty/Washington-insider politician with little personal merit.
SANDERS
Positive: rightfully stigmatizes that lack of average income growth is a serious problem.
Negative: totally assassine policy platform on how to solve it.
JOHNSON
Positive: not Bush or Clinton; common-sense 1) fiscal policy and 2) laissez-faire social policy (Yes, I know that's two).
Negative: talks stupid on territorial integrity and legality, along with the rest of the stupid parts of the Libertarian ideology, when he should stick to common-sense : 1) fiscal policy and 2) laissez-faire social policy and 3) talk tough on territorial integrity and legality and other law-and-order and military issues.
Trump:
Positive: Sees the reality of what is happening to our country, where it is headed and cares.
Negative: A wee bite crude.
Hillary:
Positive: A woman
Negative: Criminal/careless behavior throughout her career
Bernie:
Positive: His heart is in the right place/patriotic.
Negative: Too intelligent for his own good/needs to dumb down his speeches to reach the lesser intelligent
clinton:
good: established, has a record you can look at and is predictable.
bad: not a fan of dynasty politics
trump
good: the only reason (an outsider, not part of the dem or repub party)
bad: used car salesman, always looking to make a fast buck on the back of somebody else (trump university)
sanders
good: another outsider.
bad: policy hasnt been put into practice, dont know how it'll play out
GARY JOHNSON
Positive: Balanced and level headed, ie. not left/right extreme
Negative: Not as refined or polished as a speaker/politician
TRUMP
Positive: Actually knows how to get things done, unlike the career politicians who say things and eventually do nothing
Negative: Doesn't seem to be able to work well with those who disagree with him
HILLARY
Positive: At lest she knows what to expect going into the role
Negative: Phony, constant changing "positions" maybe its all lies to begin with, who knows
BERNIE
Positive: Definitely wants to change things for the better, although I completely disagree with how he wants to do it
Negative: Not grounded in reality when it comes to business and economics
Hillary Clinton: No positives Negative: Socialist
Bernie Sanders: No positives Negative: Socialist
Donald Trump: 1) Loves America 2) Understands Business and Capitalism 3) Knows who our enemies are and not afraid to name them or fight them.
Negative: Not conservative enough.
