You made the claim, you back it up. The fact that you can't pretty much tells us all we need to know.
Here's just a few, since you can't be bothered to look for yourself (but despite that you can't even be bothered to look into this issue, you claim to know what the facts are in this case).
Yes, because those emails, as well as most official emails within military installations or among high ranking officials, are quite often classified as "Secret". I don't excuse her at all, but unless she sent nuclear launch codes or something, what she is accused of isn't all that uncommon or unheard of for those of us who ACTUALLY KNOW how classified emails are often handled.
So 22 top secret emails, and Special Access Program information on an unsecure, unauthorized private server is not big deal?
What about her discussing highly classified information about drone strikes inside of Pakistan with someone without any security clearance?
lmao..You know nothing then. Who handles them on their own unsecured servers in their homes?
I know plenty, and I have the deployments under my belt to prove it...but great comeback though. Lol
People send classified emails from their .gov or .mil accounts to their personal accounts or to those without proper security clearance ALL THE TIME. Its just an unfortunate fact. I'm sure you wouldn't be this gung-ho about prosecuting Joe Sailor or Soldier though, because it doesn't fit any political agenda.
1. Contact the GOP "leadership"
2. Demand that they put pressure on a prosecutor to press charges
3. Present an indictment
4. Hold a trial
5. Present evidence
6. Leave it to a jury to find guilt or innocence
7. Live with the verdict.
BTW, this is standard legal procedure here in the USA. You shouldn't have to school the GOP on this because most of those boys are lawyers. They should be familiar with how to go forward. And they've been bellyaching nonstop about Hillary for the past 23 years.
So, maybe you could post your opinion on why it is they haven't done a single thing beyond whimpering and whining.
I've seen the e-mails, hardly anything I would classify as secret. stuff like the upcoming State Dept picnic, a series of humorous memes depicting The Donald's head on different animals, an RFP for a new conference room and a users guide for the new task chairs being ordered.

What happens when they send top secret emails to private accounts?
What if they send Special Access Programs information?
