People send classified emails from their .gov or .mil accounts to their personal accounts or to those without proper security clearance ALL THE TIME. Its just an unfortunate fact. I'm sure you wouldn't be this gung-ho about prosecuting Joe Sailor or Soldier though, because it doesn't fit any political agenda.
Yep you know nothing. First of all, those other accounts are on secured servers hosted by professionals, Secondly, it's STILL illegal to do so. Go reread the sections in the government documents about accessing and handling classified information if you ever have to begin with. Joe Sailor or Joe Soldier doesn't get classified emails.

If negligence is the standard she won't be lonely in jail.

The article is a year old. Apparently nobody is paying attention to Mark Levin's nonlegal claims.

Since then he has spent most of his time bashing Trump mercilessly as an unqualified dolt. Until Trump gave his 'anti-Clinton' speech. That Levin liked. He just can't decide who he hates more.

Levin appears to be an angry and negative depressed person with the sole agenda of bashing people. Not especially productive and not someone whose opinion counts for much.

...and there goes your credibility.

I'm sorry to break it to you...but yes, they do. Many, MANY emails sent on board my last ship (to ALL PERSONNEL) were classified, based primarily on the fact that it was a vessel with 8 nuclear reactors on board. Joe Sailor got quite a few of those. But, please, go ahead and tell me how much you know about classified emails and how its espionage and treason, and blah..blah..blah.

I mean you MUST know since you watch Fox News and all...little old me, I'm just speaking from a perspective of a life I actually LIVED for years. But what do I know?
