Joe Biden must feel pretty insulted by this comment, since he has a much thicker resume than HRC. The same is true regarding the current SOS, John Kerry.
It is amazing watching Obama lie with such ease. HRC doesn't even come close to being the most qualified candidate ever. Apart from Biden and Kerry (neither of whom I like, but who nonetheless have much thicker resumes than Clinton), it would be remiss of me not to point out that Bob Dole and John McCain also had far superior qualifications when compared to Clinton.
I'm not sure you realize - but Biden is not running for President. So, no, he should not be insulted. Neither is John Kerry. All they care about is that Trump not be elected.

Kudos to Obama, he is spot on about Hillary being the most qualified (at least in the election). Handing the reins over to a despot (for my right leaning friends here's what that means: a ruler who has total power and who often uses that power in cruel and unfair ways) like the Donald would be disastrous. I was wondering if Hillary and her minions would keep using the "most qualified candidate in history" line". The woman can't even manage classified material, something 18 year old enlistees do without problems, but we are supposed to believe there has never been a more capable Presidential candidate than her.
