And you know that HOW - because the little voices in your head told you that? I suspect he knows a LOT more about the LAW than YOU do. He essentially saying the SAME THING the SUPREME COURT has said. It's a principle called MENS REA and it's one of the foundations of the American legal system.


Again, he is a GOP guy and the GOP members of Congress LOVED HIM - until he failed to tow the party line. Then he suddenly became something totally different. LOL
