First , Warren had already been put on her enemy's list long ago. Second, Clinton doesn't want to share the spoiledness of being a woman on the stage. She was just using Warren as an attack dog. Warren miscalculated her. It would have been more admirable of her to endorse Bernie.

Did people really think that Elizabeth Warren was going to leave the Senate? Really? That's what we call, "Not paying attention." Just because she is hugely likeable doesn't mean she ever wanted to be or was considered to be VP.
