Let's discuss another aspect of Trump's philosophy that is very disturbing..........his hatred of the press and news organizations. The very first thing any tyrant does when taking over a country is to control the news. Every country that has a dictator says what the people can and can not read or hear. A free press is the enemy of dictators who want to make sure their subjects only see and hear points of view that are favorable toward those leaders and their government. Criticism of their government is prohibited and punishable under their laws.

That is what Donald Trump wants for us. How many news people has he banned from his rallies ? How many news people has he complained about and called names ? He would love nothing better than if there were NO newspapers or TV news programs, because he knows they will ask questions...........questions he can not and will not answer. He knows they will probe and get answers that most of us could never find out on our own. That scares him badly.

Just imagine for a moment if all the newspapers and news media were silenced. If your access to the internet were limited to what someone wanted you to know. Far fetched ? Not at all. Our American free press is guaranteed under our constitution and should be permitted to have opinions and ask the tough questions. It is the cornerstone of our freedom, a freedom that many people in many countries do not have.

Ask yourself what would happen if Donald Trump were able to shut out these reporters from the government. He has already begun to do exactly that in his rallies and the takes every opportunity to squash them when they try to challenge him with the questions we should be all asking.

This is only one of the 100 reasons Donald Trump scares the Hell out of me, and why he should scare all of you too.

Don

These right wingers will basically go down with the ship sneering at the rest of humanity who has stepped off their circus a long time ago.

Not always.

Dems are the lockstep party.

I don't want anymore Republicans to voice their concerns about Trump until mid-October. I don't want any time left for Trump to right his sinking ship.

That has to be in the running for dumb article of the decade.

They just couldn't get it right. They tried so hard to imply something else bit when they failed miserably, they screwed up with that title.

If that is what they have, Hillary ought to be practicing soap derby right about now.

Sure, Just as much as I would believe the "Never Trump" Movement, in the Party. What did you think? That none of the "Stop Trumpers" where "tied" to the Republican Party? Ridiculous. Everyone knows that a bunch of Republicans are Trump Haters. So what.

So what you're telling us is that you know better than some of the best known intelligence, defense and security experts in the country of the past two decades.

Okay, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. What credentials do you have that make you more knowledgeable than these experts in the field?

This should be good.

In my state, the only state-wide elected Republican official is Sen. Pat Toomey. Toomey will not endorse Donald Trump and is keeping as much distance between and him and Trump as possible. Toomey even boycotted the RNC in Cleveland.

(Clinton is a corrupt disaster, but that's the Dems in general)

Don't hold your breath for that to happen. That movement in the GOP already died, and has been buried. They just aren't smart enough to realize it yet.
