Give me a "viable" link that he likes the Gang of Eight position in it's totality.
Exactly!

Most of the pro-Trumpers on here, including myself, have stated the very same...enforce the laws, enforce e-verify, take away the freebies and other incentives (most illegals will self deport if they can't get a job, can't get freebies, etc. since they wouldn't be able to survive with no housing, food, etc.).

Anyone who thinks about it knows that some of illegals will end up staying since there is no way to find them all. But, if they do remove a large percentage of them then it would be much better than it is right now. Even if they just remove the ones that are relatively new here and the ones who have committed crimes, aside from the original crime of coming here, while allowing the ones who have been here for decades (more or less) without ever committing a crime then it would still be better than it is right now.

With the ones who had kept their noses clean and have been living and working here for decades (more or less) Trump did add that 'they would not have citizenship, they would have to pay back-taxes, they would have to pay (current) taxes, and there would be no amnesty'. They would basically be like visa workers, along with paying US taxes on their earnings, and would not qualify for the freebie incentives.

Trump had also said from the beginning that 'everything is negotiable'. It's a pity that the Trump haters think everything he says is set in stone while the pro-Trumpers know that he would probably back off somewhat on what he originally stated, that's the nature of campaign promises..all of them do it and no doubt Hillary will back off of some of the things she's said also (and without a doubt, she's a much bigger flip-flopper than Trump is)

As far as Hillary, she wants open borders and because of that then there will no doubt be millions more coming in, along with her wanting to bring in more refugees on top of all of the illegals coming in. In order to take care of all of these people, along with taking care of citizens, she's going to have to flip-flop and raise taxes on everyone ... how much more in taxes are you comfortable with letting them take out of your paychecks? 60%, 70%..more?

"Do we take him and the family ... and send 'em out? Or when somebody really has shown — it's called like the merit system, other than they did break the law in the first place, OK? And that's a little unfair to people but we're going to let people come in anyway ... So do we tell these people to get out or do we work with them and let them stay in some form?""

Ah yeah, in Trumps own words he polled the audience

Hard not to feel sorry for them. But, "WE TOLD YOU SO!"
Meh. Please enlighten everyone as to which presidential candidate has kept every campaign promise.
What's that? None? Why should Trump be held to different standards then every other candidate?

He doesn't. But most politicians don't run on the slogan of "I will never lie to you." either. I mean George H.W. Bush sort of did and he got slammed for it though.

The opposite is true, and that's the whole reason why he was nominated.

What path? Apply, pay the fees, go the same route as I did to become a citizen. What path are they talking about?

In this day and age, deporting 11 million is next to impossible.

The Leftist media latched on to one drowned Syrian kid to shame Europe into opening the flood gates to all Syrian rapefugees.

The Leftists will be running everywhere finding a victim Mexican family, splash it across the newspaper and deportations will stop.

Build the wall, deport the illegals who have committed crime, and put the rest at the back of the queue towards legal status.

As has been said before there are many things and current laws to enforce besides mass deportations that will make many of them self deport and quit coming. Ending birthright citizenship is a big one and should've been the policy all along, and going after employers of illegals and sanctuary cities etc.
