Didn't you guys say the same about an Obama win? America is still great last time I checked.

At the core Republicans want stability because stability is good for business. NOTHING in a Trump Presidency will be stable, it will be chaos and media frenzy from Day 1.
I agree . . . many Republicans don't trust Trump. And, yet, he's still very, very competitive in the election, which seems to go against all reason, especially given his standing among black and Latino voters; he's helped in this regard due to his position on trade/blunt talking, which is attracting many more blue collar white voters to him than would typically vote GOP in several states north of the Mason-Dixon Line. But trust can be earned, and I think that Trump would actually be a very effective president, which would bring many of those voters around come 2020. For all the talk about chaos and instability, those who work for Trump or who have worked for him paint a far different picture.

A President clinton would be the end of the USA.....She will create another 20 million dem voters in just 4 years and then there will never be another Republican President.....then, the USA will be on it's way to be a Nation like Brazil and then eventually, Venezuela......bye bye USA......

Those that had the misfortune to be vendors to Trump's properties have quite a different story. Still a LOT of them out there in the cold after Trump stiffed them. So far he has done a very poor job of developing trust - a lot of vendors want absolutely nothing to do with him for future work. That, plus his penchant for ego driven limelighting and pot-stirring does not spell stability to me.

Ridiculous. I'm old enough to remember hearing "A Nixon win in 1968 means doom for America" and then hearing the same thing about every successive candidate for president.

We're still here!

All in all, those who have done business with Trump (and specifically those who have worked for him) seem to have many more positive stories vs. those who don't. Stability is building and maintaining a successful business empire over the years. Yes, he's had some business setbacks, but he's generally been able to rebound well and continue thriving, which is something I value.

Okey doke.
Send me a post card from your new home when you move away in panic.

I'm not going to apologize for my strong faith in my nation, and I'm not willing to say all is lost forever on the results of one election like you are.

If you want to spend your time watching for the sky to fall, feel free to have at it.

So many Republicans? Nope. All I've seen is an unsubstantiated list printed by the NYT of a few dozen career establishment politicians.

10's of millions of Republicans have already voted for Trump. The primaries prove this. And they will do it again.

We are still here. Nixon didn't last long though. It WAS doom for him and all the people he destroyed around him.

I agree though so far we have weathered a lot of storms, this election tussle is like a tempest in a teapot compared to the Great Depression and WWI and WWII. We've got the ability to weather some more.
