Trump did better than in the first debate. However he still came off as rude, whiny, and devoid of policy specifics. He did a great job talking about what's wrong but he said zippo about what he would do to fix the problems. Trump's better performance may halt his loses but in the long run he will still lose the election.

All in all, Hillary won again.

Hillary I think over prepares, to the point where she comes across as a scripted robot.

Her comments about Linclon...to me it seems she has a script for the people, and what they want to hear.
