Why is it that Trumpheads consistently have no grasp of how our government works? The FBI doesn't file charges - how many times do the smart kids have to explain that to you people before you actually start to comprehend it? The FBI presents information to the Attorney General, along with a recommendation, and the attorney general decides whether to prosecute. And given that she is outraged over Comey's reckless release of this useless information a week and a half before the election, I think it's safe to say that even if Comey does make such a recommendation, she will not act on it prior to the election.
Congress has the power to enforce subpoenas.. Clinton ignored them and then LIED to them, and YOU.. I'm curious why YOU dont mind being lied to..
Huma did not turn this device over apparently when requested to turn over devices containing State Dept business.
Whatever is on the device, if it contains State Dept business, it seems clear that Huma is at a minimum facing lying to the FBI/obstruction of justice charges.
The operative word here is IF. IF, IF, IF. State Dept. business would not have been on his device. Personal emails between him/Huma, yes. His sexting crap, yes. It is HIS device, not hers.
It isn't illegal for a supervisor and employee to have sex, but employees should not be propositioned in a work environment. In fact, "unwelcome sexual advances" is pretty much the hallmark of the classic sexual harassment suit. Even if your supervisor or boss makes a move on you after work or outside the office, if it continues after you've rebuffed him or her, report the incident to your employer

Consensual or not, Bubba had no business propositioning her in the first place. Period.
In matters that have already received substantial publicity, or about which the community needs to be reassured that the appropriate law enforcement agency is investigating the incident, or where release of information is necessary to protect the public interest, safety, or welfare, comments about or confirmation of an ongoing investigation may need to be made. In these unusual circumstances, the involved investigative agency will consult and obtain approval from the United States Attorney or Department Division handling the matter prior to disseminating any information to the media.
Thats FAR MORE than just asking for assistance..
YOU have been told, and now PROVEN that the babble you are repeating from the administration, ONCE AGAIN.. is a LIE...
What was the unusual circumstances? They haven't even got a subpoena yet per them.
