Probable cause? There you go again, making up stuff. Just to go through the motions, I'll ask for your source.
You're right, I didn't like your so-called scenarios because there was nothing probable about them. Just to be clear - they were entirely made-up. Are you claiming otherwise?
The question is what do you think is the probable cause for the warrant requested by the FBI to read Huma Abedin's emails on the Antony Weiner device the FBI has in its possession.
Explain then how you wishfully think they read the emails without a legal warrant.
Not what I said. I said I seriously doubt FBI agents engage in wishful thinking.
Clearly some FBI agent read something, likely in Anthony Weiners emails for which they had a warrant, that gave them probable cause to request a warrant to read Huma Abedins emails.
What do YOU think that might have been?
Are you saying you think the FBI warrant to read Huma Abedins emails on Anthony Weiners device simply says we think we should be able to read Huma's emails because shes Hillary's right hand person?
Surely something more is required to get past a corrupt DOJ and more importantly to get a judge to issue a warrant.
What do YOU suppose that was.
Something in Anthony Weiners emails gave them probable cause to seek a warrant to read Huma's emails.

Since this started, I've been reading every possible source from every possible slant and I'm sorry. I just don't think Comey's letter has legs with the voting public. I truly believe that opinions are set and the only people who haven't made up their minds by now are the terminally confused. The choices are so diametrically opposed that positions should be clear by now. This issue has no legs this election cycle. I don't think this will move the needle much for the Trumpsters.
That doesn't support your claim that the emails were Huma's.
(Check my posts for years back and you'll see I'm not a Huma fan, but let's keep this real.)
The line shows up in a search regarding NYTimes, however, not in the article.

I predicted 1-3 points and I think that would cover it unless Comey out's what he's got and it really is something that voters haven't already calculated into voting for Hillary...enough to change the election maybe slightly, not enough to win unless Trump can gain more momentum during the last week.
