Explain then how you wishfully think they read the emails without a legal warrant.

What the heck are you talking about lol. That is exactly how the 4th amendment works.

They already have a warrant to read Weiners emails.

Something in Weiners emails gave them probable cause to seek a warrant to read Huma's emails.

Since you didn't like my probable scenarios, what do you think the probable cause they found in Weiner's emails was?

Probable cause? There you go again, making up stuff. Just to go through the motions, I'll ask for your source.

You're right, I didn't like your so-called scenarios because there was nothing probable about them. Just to be clear - they were entirely made-up. Are you claiming otherwise?

The Washington Post has reported:

Top Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin has told people she is unsure how her emails could have ended up on a device she viewed as her husband’s computer, the seizure of which has reignited the Clinton email investigation, according to a person familiar with the investigation and civil litigation over the matter.

Clinton aide Huma Abedin has told people she doesn

So "10s of thousands" of Huma emails show up on her husband's computer.....mysteriously? This story gets weirder and weirder.

Perhaps a candidate had something unproven in their past subject to an open investigation. Some investigations have remained open for decades.

Political figures and business people seem to have a lot of unproven allegations in their past.

Were we to give credence to each and every one no one could be elected.

I didn't see "10s of thousands" anywhere in the article. Just saying. Where did you get that quote?

Hillary became a criminal when she deleted e-mails that were the property of the government on an illegal server in her basement.

Hillary said it is unpresedented to have the FBI reopen the case.

Of course she knows this will unpresident her from the White House.
