It isn't illegal for a supervisor and employee to have sex, but employees should not be propositioned in a work environment. In fact, "unwelcome sexual advances" is pretty much the hallmark of the classic sexual harassment suit. Even if your supervisor or boss makes a move on you after work or outside the office, if it continues after you've rebuffed him or her, report the incident to your employer

Consensual or not, Bubba had no business propositioning her in the first place. Period.
Just because a 20 something yr old doesn't know she was sexually harassed, doesn't mean the rest of us don't know the law.
Never mind the morality whereby he promised her when he was out of office he was leaving Hillary and riding off into the sunset with her. Yeah right lol.
Did you miss the part where they haven't yet read them? Maybe - like you - a few FBI personnel are indulging in wishful thinking?
What do you think is the basis for their warrant requesting the ability to read them.
I don't believe for a minute that they are submitting a warrant that says the emails are from Huma Abedin and therefore related to an investigation.
There has to be more than that. That tells me there is something in the Weiner emails they already have a warrant to read that leads them to a warrant for her emails.
What do you suppose that would be since you don't buy my theories?
Do you not understand Comey's words, "In connection with a with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation. [meaning the Clinton email and email server investigation Does not matter one iota how they learned, other than it is obvious it from their shared computer.
"Has learned of the existence of emails...". It is clear that Comey is risking his career and any rational person would conclude people do not do that in any job, especially government without real good cause. See Watergate > Deep Throat.

Explain to me how, if no one has read them, now they know the emails are related to Clinton, and not Weiner, sending dick pics..
They did not start the Uma investigation or the Anthony investigation. They reopened the Hillary investigation. My money is on the FBI finding the treasure trove. She's a pathological liar...they tend to like to keep stuff that no-one can find....it gives them pride and a smirky smile. Thieves always bury their most cherished memories. She's not any different. I would believe that the FBI has some pretty smart people.
How bout this, they pursue, she's elected and when Obama and Lynch are gone she is indicted. Smells sweet to me. She may need some help walking down those stairs.

Most likely, they have been reviewed by the FBI agents working the Carlos Danger investigation. No doubt the agents working the Clinton case were briefed by them and given an overview of whats in the emails.
To think a bunch of seasoned FBI agents just plopped this on the FBI Directors desk is naïve.
Why are they now seeking a warrant to view emails if they have already been reviewed?
Something sounds fishy.

That's not how the American judicial system or the 4th amendment works.
I am saying why are we blaming Clinton for emails on Abekin's computer?
Did Hillary put them there?
Did Hillary give access to Weiner?
Hmmm..........Hillary authorized a private server in her basement thereby telling her subordinates to hell with email security........do whatever is convenient for us and whatever allows us to control release of said emails to anyone asking for them that we don't want to have them. Heck with FOIA.
