Hillary as President, being investigated and probably impeached, or Hillary as President who had to be pardoned by the outgoing President?

I vote neither! You should, too.

Trump on trial for racketeering and the brutal rape of a minor while a sitting president in the Oval Office. Soon to be followed by 73 other still pending lawsuits. That would be worse.

The brutal rape of a minor? Who is the accuser?

Come on big shot. Who is the accuser?

Do you know anything about Constitutional Law?

What are the known facts of this brutal rape?

The 6th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution sets out many rights for defendants during a criminal prosecution, including the right of the accused to confront their accusers. The relevant text of the Confrontation Clause of the 6th Amendment reads as follows: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to be confronted with the witnesses against him.

He has a court date on December 16th on the rape charge. Of course, the Trump U case comes up before that. A President Trump would spend a considerable amount of time defending himself against the more than 70 lawsuits currently pending. Yeah, he sure sounds presidential to me.

There is already a hearing date in December.

Since the women accusing Trump of sexual assault are being threatened with death by Trump supporters, they are terrified to identify themselves.

Dat Clinton legacy. How fitting to have a husband and wife both impeached.

How will she do all that unless Congress funds it and/or votes a Declaration of War(s)?
