There is no paper trail in PA, that is quite concerning.
As a programmer I can assure you 100% if the votes are only stored electronically and you can't review your own paper ballet it is impossible to guarantee that it isn't hacked. Electronically only stored votes are simply impossible to trust, period.
In Minnesota, we fill out a paper ballot and feed it into a scanner. It scans both sides and then tells you it's done. There is no "swapping" your vote.
Of all the ways to rig an election, rigging it at the actual point of interface, where the voter can actually see it happen doesn't seem like the most productive means of rigging.
