I'm confused. Communism and facism/nazism are supposed to be on complete opposite sides, right? Well, Russia still have communistic leanings, right? So why would a communistic leaning country would support the complete opposite of him if President Trump is his pawn? Unless in some twisted way you realize communism and facism are not all that different after all.

Putin is not a communist, he is an imperialist. He basically wants to go back to the days of the Tsarist Empire but without the monarchy.
