It can be paid for by how we pay for other public services, whether social security, Medicare, public schools, public roads etc. Its not a problem. We already wasted trillions in endless wars, tax breaks for the ultra rich and bailouts. Nominal tax rates for corporations are among the highest in the world in America but EFFECTIVE tax rates are among the lowest in the world. More giveaways to corporations are not needed. Get big money out of politics or we wont have a democracy soon. The donor class hate ideas like expanding social security, public funding of elections and banning for profit prisons. THEY will suffer from it, after 40 years of waging war against the middle class and low income people, the end result is extreme inequality and a rigged economy held up by a corrupt system of campaign finance.
Obamacare is Romneycare. Its an original right wing proposal, a gift to the pharma and insurance corporations as the elderly move to Medicare, the insurance companies need more customers so they were given Obamacare. Medicare-for-all single payer is the solution which the American people want. Politicians are puppets of the donor class, and do their bidding. Trump has packed his administration with huge numbers of crony capitalists, big money donors and establishment puppets.

the "liberal" democratic party is so radical they've passed a 25 year old Republican idea but because fox news and rush Limbaugh tell you they're socialists it must be true....
shocking to me that nobody, either Sanders or Trump, could call out $Hillary during the debates on that.
edit: here in my home state republicans passed car insurance mandates eight years ago but want Romneycare, uh, I mean, Obamacare repealed.

I would vote for her in a second, but she's done with politics. I can't say that I blame her. Maybe she'll change her mind once if the forthcoming recession gets really bad. Republicans have brought us only one thing in the last 30 years: Recessions. A lot of Americans love them apparently.
