It has never happened before. But going purely off the law, there really is nothing to prevent the EC from not electing Trump.

It's because it's been beaten to death with many other threads on this same subject. But if you want an answer than no, we will not concede. We will protest and burn down cities and act like immature spoiled brats because we didn't get the results we wanted.
