Its not a matter of grammar. There is reason why right wing radicals refuse to call the party by its proper name and use the contraction. It goes back to the days of that hopeless Alcoholic Joseph McCarthy. I recommend you read about its history. I think you'll find it enlightening. Notice how after I pointed out its the "Democratic" party, the poster (who is now on ignore) intentionally used it again. She understands its political connotation. Its agin to calling a Tea Party memeber a "tea bagger".

Who could have seen that one coming?

(BTW... Hill now leads by nearly 3 million. I know how much that bothers Pubs. They can't stop denying it.)

HAH! Nothing "democratic" about the party. Hence the referral to "Democrats". If we referred to the party the way its minions act, the name would be a whole lot worse.

3 million dead voters, illegal aliens and repeat voters as in Detroit!
Oh and by the way OG, I don't think 3 million down and a win hurts as much to being a really big loser does.

Nevertheless, the name is the "Democratic Party". Calling it anything else is an example of willful ignorance. Something which is not in short supply here.

To imply that tea bagger and democrat party are equally derogatory, reveals your lack of historical or present day usage of these terms. Enlighten yourself, then come back and report your findings. Here's a hint. The former term has nothing to do with tea.

They're both meant to diminish and marginalize. Can we agree on that? If not, how about the Boiling point of water? I say its 212 degrees Fahrenheit. What does Brietbart say?

I coudn't get passed the first sentence: "Many modern liberals are fascists at heart who can’t accept losing power; that’s why Bush wasn’t “their” president."

Its the kind of garbage you hear on Hate Talk Radio.

No comparison between the terms. Tea bagger is a sexual act meant to demean members of the Tea party, which does not compare at all to the term democrat party. A person has to be really thin skinned to be offended by the term democrat party. Most posters here would agree to that.
