Condi has also said she wouldn't accept a VP position. She doesn't want it. Of course, she lies.

Hillary will pick a man to be secretary of state and Bill will be the defacto secretary of state.

Madame Albright was not a Secretary of State in any sense of the word...She was a fat party hostess aboard Airforce 3...if she is remembered for anything its that yellow stetson bought with public funds...and the great going away party aboard the plane when she finally did go away. She was the reason we could and would not have any diplomatic solutions to the world problems. Clinton put her there to thumb his nose at the other world leaders...Putin remembers...he gave his opinion of Hillary just last week when he said "Heads of state should firstly have a head". If we really hated him and did not want to work with him we should elect that bunch again...Joyceln Elders and Janet Reno...where are they? Giving away condoms to school kids and burning down entire congregations of wacho religious fundamentalists...do we really want to go back to this?

Lets give Obama a try...If the Clintons buy their way through or blackmail their way to the nomination...then we as the American people will be forced to make the rebub choice...and I say this as a registered Democrap.

This, ladies and gentlemen, might as well be Captain Amnesty's new apprentice.

Yes, because that worked so well the first time around.

Condi Rice has expressed her desire to leave public service and return to Stanford. Her talents were far too wasted on a diabolical foreign policy agenda put together by a bunch of dangerous neocon scum that really only wanted her to be a mouthpiece. Sad, really.

McCain would have a much better chance with Colin Powell as VP.

Here's why I think it's a poor choice.

First, people who vote for women or blacks for no other reason that they are a woman or black are liberals because it's a liberal thing to do. It's so liberal, those are "sheep" votes. "Sheep" are voters who blindly follow one party or another without really understanding the issues, or caring about it. They make up about 80% of the electorate. Since Rice is not a liberal, it is unlikely the sheep will cross party lines and vote for her and true independents are too smart to vote that way. I'm sure she would snag some stray votes, but that's about it.

McCain needs a VP that people will accepted as president as he may not live thru his first term and will be very old to run for a second. So he has to pick a running mate who's "presidential timber", so to speak. Also, he has to pick someone to either completely solidify the south for him or bring home Ohio.
