But, you can't always depend on all of the majority to vote in Trump's favor either. They don't all like Trump in the senate, you should know that.

I hope people who vote for democrats enjoy higher taxes, higher cost of living, protecting illegal immigrants and letting criminals off the hook.

It was just a higher African American turnout than normal and they vote Democrat mostly.

Never mind that, Moore had the numbers to win in a deep red state. He should have still limped across the finish line. Kudos to the people of Alabama, and don't try to rain on Jones victory.

Maybe Moore could have won if the results were determined by “electoral votes” of the districts which the GOP could have gerrymandered!!

This sounds familiar...didn't people say Trump wasn't guaranteed to win in 2016?

Didn't the left say that last time and Trump won? No, it's not so much Alabama being against Moore, it's just that the Black turnout rate was higher than normal, and they automatically vote Democrat regardless of who it is.

No, all men have to do is be gentlemen on dates and kiss only when they are invited to, like they are supposed to.

The HuffPost and NYT both published articles in the past couple weeks lamenting how much Trump is getting done. He's moving at lightening speed and will charge into 2018. After that's there's always executive order.

Weak R's who won't support Trump are an endangered species. They're all NeoCon scum that the D's despised for over a decade, but have happily allied with now. Bush, McCain, Cheney, Flake, McConnell, these R's are dinosaurs. And they know it. If you want to play with the GOP of 2017 you better be pushing Trump/Libertarian/Tea Party issues or some combination of.
So, how did that work in Virginia and now Alabama?

We are talking about Alabama, a southern state with no democrats in office. This is huge.
