The Bosnian girl who read a poem to Hillary Clinton during her 1996 visit to the war-torn country is shocked, "I was surprised when I heard this" said Emina Bicakcic now 20 years old.

"It's an exaggeration," said former acting President Ejup Ganic, who was present during Clinton's visit. "No one was firing. There were no shots fired."

Sema Markovic, 22, a student, said she has long respected Hillary as a strong leader but was angered by her remarks. "It is an ugly thing for a politician to tell lies,' she said. "We had problems for years, and I don't like when someone lies about them. It makes us look bad."

Sead Numanovic, the deputy editor-in-chief of Bosnia's largest newspaper said, "We don't have space for someone's lies," "Why is she so stupid? It doesn't portray her as a real leader."

Amen to that Sead.

LOL this is funny...and it shows this incedent is hurting Hillary alot more than people thought because she lied not once but twice. She lied again when she said she misspoke. Thats a lie because she said it at least 3 times in speeches during her campaign.

Seems the Bosnians have a better sense of truthfulness than Hillary Clinton. Hillary can no longer brag about her "foreign policy experience" (non-existent). Even the foreigners are laughing at her now.

Hilltard now has the perception to world leaders that she is a liar and is not to be trusted. Foreign newspapers are calling her stupid for her actions. But people on this forum like Teacup will continue to support her, nevermind the fact that she is a dishonest person.

I'll continue to support her too. Bosnians should worry more about what is going on in their own country. Kosovo anyone?
