I think we'd all be happier if it was Purple Rain.

I think polls are shifting to the right, for now - partially because of this Kavanaugh confirmation. It might not be that Independents are shifting right so much as Republicans might be "likely voters" instead of just "registered voters." Nothing seems to rile them up more than a SC pick.

Considering that supposedly they aren't releasing the results from the Kavanaugh FBI investigation to us - I wonder if we'd even see the Mueller probe results? Specifically, if it is up to White House to release this information - why would they? Unless it was positive news for them? I don't know who really has jurisdiction over the release, but is likely the White House.

And is the probe wrapping up? Depends. Just because some people leave the team doesn't mean the work is over. I'm no expert on FBI probes, but in other areas of work - if you are building a house, do you keep paying the plumber when the house is already plumbed? Do you keep paying the framers after the trusses, walls, etc are already put up? Do you pay sheetrock guys before the sheetrock is ready to go up?

Do you pay investigators who specialize in...uh... network espionage if they've completed that work and handed it off to the next person in the queue?

I call BS with this kind of fear mongering. It's crap

The US has it's own type of socialism, and it has nothing to do with the Russian or Chinese Communism.

The red wave... you forget we are a country with rebellious genes.

NEVER.

Blue Wave Or Red Tide, we'll see. The dems are outdoing the repubs in the crazy dept. and nobody can argue that economically we're doing the best we've done in a decade. But having the dems take the senate and going full retard would likely help the GOP in 2020.

Where were you from 2008 to 2016 -- living under a rock?

Voters from both sides feed the divisiveness.

Pointing fingers, calling names -- both sides guilty.

Our President loves this -- he thinks it makes him more popular. It feeds his base but creates a bigger divide.

It was the left who were calling Obama a Muslim from Kenya? Who was that orange guy who spent 6 years searching for Obama`s birth certificate and calling Hillary Clinton "crooked" despite a lack of criminal charges or convictions?

The hate and ridiculous behavior of the left has scared many people which will result in the Democratic Party to be lost at sea.

Obama now endorsing socialist is another sign there will be a red wave. Obama lost the most seats in history and everyone he endorsed in 2016 has lost!

MAGA!
You choose to create a post to hate on the 'left' - no real issue or substantive issue to raise or discuss -- just a post to hate on the left and you accuse the left of hate and ridiculous behaviour.

Do you not see the hypocrisy in that?

Yes, because only if minorities would just shut up and let Trump and his supporters roll back decades of civil rights and social progress things would be less divisive. Good, God-fearing conservatives have everything under control and everyone should just submit. The 1960s could have been a much less divisive time if those damn African-Americans would have just shut up and accepted Jim Crow or if women would have just shut up and accepted misogyny or if the war protesters would have just shut up and supported and died for the military industrial complex.

Pay attention to what's happening around you, Pilot. By polarizing ourselves into us v them we are tearing ourselves apart. This is the worst I've seen it in my 70 years on this earth.

It's not just the "media" it's the politicians themselves, on every side.
