Beto could be a good candidate on a general but I have a hard time seeing him winning a Democratic primary in this day and age

And if name calling is the best you got.....
You showed me your opinion, not an error, however I did show you your error.

again, either you call all Politicians by their full legal name, or you are a hypocrite.

Real life?

The only ones who know anything about Beta are Texans tired of listening to his endless adverts on the TeeVee, and political junkies like us.

The vast majority of the USA knows nothing about him. Perfect for the Democrat party to manufacture an "image" for him in time for 2020. They are going to turn him into the White Obama. Whether that sticks or not remains to be seen.

Do you really believe that?

"...Beto O’Rourke gets more attention than any other 2018 candidate..."

"....He has become something of a celebrity in the process, adored by actual celebrities, followed by at least two documentary crews (is that a drone following him through the parking lot?) and mobbed at events in the Republican hinterlands by fans . . . ahem . . . voters. Even Evans and Cano have signed autographs at town halls, recognized from their roles as side characters in the Beto Show...."

Yup.

Just like I didn't believe the hacks at WaPo when they said Trump couldn't beat Hillary. Why in the world to you continue to accept what they have to say about anything without thought or question? They are part of the very establishment that is working hard to manufacture a fake "image" for beta.
