He is afraid of what is in there coming out into the daylight. And his avid supporters feel the same way; they are fearful of what would be revealed. So we continue to continue.

Even easier would be the IRS complying with the legal request made by the House for those records.

IF if happens at all. It just means the taxpayers in those states controlled by Open Border Democrats will have to pay taxes to defend a lawsuit which they will lose.

But I'm betting it won't happen at all.

I had to submit my tax records to get my security clearance. If I didn't, I wouldn't have received it. Maybe the FBI does check with the IRS to see if they were valid, but for sure, they were mandatory when I applied for a clearance.
I didn't need to submit the full form. Just a copy of the last page with the totals and my SS number ID and signature.

Our state law makes tax submission mandatory for any person who runs for any office within the state. Local, county, and state offices.

Mnuchin is flouting the law and breaking the law with full intent, and obstructing justice to protect Trump.

It's time for the entire House vote to find Mnuchin in contempt and have the Sergeant at Arms arrest him.

Typical communist leftist tactics. The left can't win so they try to sabotage the whole process. Anti-American scum.

It's too late for that. We've stacked the courts. Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and the rest will rubber stamp Trump indefinitely. Wake up to the reality of your situation. You lose.

I find that hard to believe, not actually believe it all.

You as the individual applying, do not submit your tax returns. The agency/contractor processing the clearance queries the IRS for these items. They do not need nor require a single thing from you at all regarding this as the tax returns are the property and creation of the US gov. I also find is laughable in the age of document manipulation, that anyone would rely on the person being cleared to submit such forms for a security clearance, when they can get a guaranteed, non-doctored form from the gov as they do with thousands and thousands of clearance requests each year.

Let's just postpone the election then and leave Trump in office another 4 years.

I'm sure the Red States can find some stupid reasons to keep a Democrat Candidate off their Ballots also.

Texas would lead that fight.

I think the 1860 election was that way. While I think it would technically be legal, if we are really at that place in this country, its frightening. And I say this as somebody who hates Trump. On the other hand, Trump could release his tax returns and make this all go away. Obama released his birth certificate, though most conservatives still believe its fake.
