Nope, because McCain chose Palin instead of someone sensible for his vice president. That is what fully converted me to voting Obama. That, and the fact that McCain completely caved on his morals and transformed into a far right conservative from the original "maverick" he used to be.

Let's put it this way -- I wouldn't take back my vote for Obama, but I wouldn't take back my primary vote for Hillary either.

Amazing, how there are people who like to keep things at the "boiling point".
You have to be always feeding that fire, don't you, or it will die down.

Fire has its own fascination, and feeding it appears to be addictive. Like feeding a dysfunction.

It's like some people always jump in to say that those who don't agree with Obama's socialist policies are racist.

That those who didn't vote for him didn't want to vote for a "black" man (ignoring that he's also part white).

Some just want to be perpetually angry. I feel sorry for those of you who do because you can't see Obama's goals and politics clearly. Hint: they don't include anything positive for you or America in general and if you recognized that, you'd be taking your votes back for sure.

I initially liked Obama. He's personable. But the more I learned about him and heard from him, the less I liked him. Personality doesn't replace character, and character counts.
