I just heard this on the news. I really don't know much about his position on issues. I'm hoping he might be the first remotely sane, non-far-left-loon to run for the Democratic candidacy. They desperately need someone other than a raving progressive with promises of "free chit". I need to learn more about his positions.

He's from Montana. There's a plus. I will look into him.

If John Hickenlooper and Amy Klobuchar (and probably a few more) are raving progressives with promises of free chit in your book, goes to show how far off in right field you are.

I feel like he is a day late and many dollars short. It seems like it will be a struggle at this stage to qualify for the first DNC debate. Without crushing it at the debates its hard to see how he can compete in a crowded field with many better known candidates.

Where have you been? Half of the people running in the 2020 Democratic primaries are moderate Dems. They're not all "far leftist" like Bernie and Warren.

Climate change nutter, "single payer", more immigration, pro abortion, oh, and keep sacrificing American lives to keep Muslims from killing each other. She's a loon like the rest. If you don't consider her a raving progressive it shows how off in left field you are.

Bullock last summer announced support for a ban on semiautomatic weapons to reduce gun violence in America — a shift of his position and one seen as a signal of his presidential ambitions. He made the announcement on CNN, but later clarified his gun control position by saying he didn’t support collecting weapons from hunters or law-abiding owners.

Nope-another Democrat that is in favor of eliminating civil rights. Dead on arrival. Not sure how he kept is job in Montana.

none of these things have anything to do with "free stuff" as you claimed. Nor are they progressive. Also, no one is pro abortion.

The first debate is important. But there at least 9 more official party sanctioned debates and many others later. He can catch up and qualify if he presents himself well and hustles.
